Yes. You can cancel anytime with no cancellation fees. Your membership benefits continue until the end of your current billing period.
Do open play sessions roll over if I don't use them?+
Open play sessions do not roll over month to month. We encourage you to use them throughout the month to get the most out of your membership.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?+
Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
Are member discounts applied automatically?+
Yes. Once your membership is active, discounts are automatically applied when you log in to book events.
Can I share my membership with another family member?+
Each membership is tied to one account. If you'd like coverage for multiple families, please contact us to discuss our family package options.
Is there a long-term commitment?+
No. All memberships are month-to-month with no contracts. We also offer annual plans with a 2-month discount — contact us for details.
What age ranges are covered?+
THE CENTER programs serve children ages 4–14. Membership benefits apply to all eligible programs within that range.
How do I redeem my monthly STEAM activity kit?+
Builder and Innovator members receive a digital activity kit by email on the 1st of each month. Physical kits are available for pick-up at the center.
