Do STEAM Sessions roll over if I don't use them?+
STEAM Sessions do not roll over month to month. We encourage you to use them throughout the month to get the most out of your membership.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?+
Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
Are member discounts applied automatically?+
Yes. Once your membership is active, discounts are automatically applied when you log in to book events.
Can I share my membership with another family member?+
Memberships are for individual family use. For multi-child or multi-family options, contact us to discuss what works best for your situation.
What age ranges are covered?+
THE CENTER programs serve children ages 4–14. Membership benefits apply to all eligible programs within that range.
